Verspeeten Cartage - Pee Wee LL, 2011-2012 (Ingersoll & District Minor Hockey)

Verspeeten Cartage Peewees played their final game of the regular season on February 28th when they faced off against Burford on Ingersoll ice.

This week's news starts with a game against Burford on February 14th.  The game featured two Ingersoll pucks beating the Burford goalie. Scoring for Ingersoll was Josh Adams, with an assist from Justin Koch and Anthony Ziraldo.  The second goal was an unassisted shot by Marcus Frizelle.

Langton came to town on January 31st, and were hosted by Verspeeten Cartage Peewees.  It was a  strong battle between two excellent teams, both sporting great goal tenders.  Through this gauntlet of hockey sticks, body-checking, and ice-carving blades, Verspeeten Cartage managed to put four pucks to bed inside the Langton net.

This past week saw Verspeeten Cartage Peewees battle on the ice against Simcoe and Tillsonburg.    The Verspeeten Cartage boys have been playing the best games of the year.  Immeasurable passion poured out onto the ice, served up through hockey sticks and skates.

Verspeeten Cartage came into the new year with many games in one week.  Through much travelling, the boys played three games away – in Langton, Simcoe, and Burford – and they hosted Port Dover for one game as well.
