Pee Wee LL #2 - Verspeeten Cartage, 2016-2017 (Ingersoll & District Minor Hockey)

The Verspeeten Cartage Peewee Local League Express traveled to Norwich Saturday to take on the Delhi Rockets for the Intertown Peewee B Championship.  The two top teams put on a great show for family and friends and in the end the hometown Express handed the Rockets their first loss in 2017.

The Verspeeten Cartage Peewee Local League Express clinched second place in the B Pool of the Intertown Local League playoffs with 3 wins this week.  Coming off a busy weekend which saw the boys play 5 games in 3 days in a tournament, the Express headed right back on the ice Monday and Tuesday to host the Tillsonburg Tornadoes #2 team.

The Verspeeten Cartage Peewee Express traveled to the Golden Puck tournament in Port Colborne over the past weekend.  The boys competed hard and made it to the semi-finals but were unable to bring home the trophy.

The Verspeeten Cartage Peewee Express hauled in 5 of a possible 6 points this week as the Intertown Local League Playoffs roll on.  The boys hit the road this week traveling to Langton, Waterford, and Tillsonburg to complete a busy week.

The Verspeeten Cartage Peewee Express continued their Intertown playoffs with 3 games over the past 2 weeks, collecting 4 of a possible 6 points with games against Waterford #1, and two against Tillsonburg #1.
