Atom Express Face-off Against Generals
On Tuesday December 1st the Brokerlink Atom Express team would travel to St.George to face off against the Generals. The boys were hoping to bounce back from a tough 4-3 loss to Hagersville on November 26.
The boys would hit the ice ready to play scoring at 6:29 of the first period on a goal by Willie Parsons, assisted by Adam VanDyk and Landon Skevington. Jax Nguyen, at 2:09 in the first would score to put the Express ahead 2-0, assisted by VanDyk and Tyler Watts. The Generals would be kept off the board through the first period. The Express would pull ahead 3-0, at 3:28 of the 2nd period on a goal by Skevington, assisted by Cohen Alexander and Jack Wolfe. The Generals would be kept scoreless through the 2nd period as well. The third period would only see the Generals score 1 goal, allowing the Atom Brokerlink Express skate away with a 3-1 win. The boys next game will be on Thursday December 3rd against Tillsonburg in the first game of the 50th Anniversary Tobacco Town Rep Tournament being held in Delhi. Good Luck Boys, play hard!!!
