Express travel to Paris to face the Wolf Pack
The Peewee Express Rep team would travel to Paris on February 8th to play the Wolf pack in a Southern Counties playoff game.
Paris would take a first period lead, taking a 2-0 lead into the 2nd period of play. Ingersoll would score an early goal in the 2nd period to pull within 1, on a goal from Westin Matsumoto, unassisted. Paris would answer back, with a controversial goal, taking a 3-1 lead. Then at the 3:40 mark of the 2nd period, Ingersoll's Dylan Craib would score, unassisted making the score 3-2 heading into the 3rd period. Paris would manage to score another early goal in the 3rd period and would defeat the Ingersoll Express 4-2.
Ingersoll will play again on Thursday February 14th against the Tillsonburg Tornadoes as they await to find out who there next opponent will be in Round 2 of the OMHA Playdowns, Paris or Simcoe.
