Congratulations to the Louie's Pizza & Pasta Bantam Reps who completed the sweep of the Highland Storm with a second straight shut out win 1-0 Saturday night!
Game three of OMHA finals was played in front of a packed house in Ingersoll on Saturday night. After two wins on the road the Express wanted to put Highland away three straight and that's exactly what they did. The crowd got an exciting game with the only goal coming from Ingersoll, scored by Eric Savoie assisted by Tyler Arts and Clayton Hammond. Goalie Noah Robinson got another shutout totalling 16 for the season. After winning both Regional and International Silver Stick Championships the OMHA banner showed how well rounded the team is with everyone contributing to a stellar season.
The Bantam Rep team is Head Coach- Matt Duncan, Assistant Coach- Rick Arts, Trainer- Scott Gould, Manager- Terry Gray. Forwards- Captain Eric Savoie, Assistant Tyler Arts, Assistant Ben Jentz, Jacob Branderhorst, Maxx Shelton, Justin Holmes, Tanner Geddies, Alex Foster and Clayton Hammond. Defense- Assistant Nathan Gould, Matt Berzins, Tanner Gray, Robbie Jackson and Jack Van Egdom. Goaltenders- Noah Robinson and Jayden Purdy.
