Bantam Rep Win Game Two In OMHA Playoffs
The Ingersoll Express Bantam Rep team sponsored by Louie's Pizza and Pasta traveled to Paris to face the Wolf Pack in game two of the first round of OMHA playoffs.
Both teams were pumped and ready to play in this Sunday afternoon game of great importance. The scoreboard remained blank for two periods as both teams battled back and forth playing at lightening speed. There was no shortage of contact or shooting for three full periods giving the fans their monies worth. At 13:08 Paris scored sneaking one by Goalie Noah Robinson who played a stellar game between the posts. Then on the next play Justin Holmes scored assisted by Alex Foster and Tanner Geddies to tie things up at one all. As the clock wound down the same line scored again to move the Express ahead one point. This time scoring was Tanner Geddies assisted by Alex Foster and Justin Holmes. Ingersoll battled with a one goal lead until at 3:40 Tyler Arts scored assisted by Eric Savoie and Clayton Hammond to make it 3-0. This would be the final score of the game. Ingersoll will host Paris for big game three on January 27th at 8:15. Remember we'll sell you the whole seat but you will only need the edge!
