Exhibition success!!
I was not able to make the game last night but I heard it was an awesome game by all!!
The boys travelled to Embro for an exhibition game and came out with a well deserved WIN.....
With a short bench of only 9 players the boys worked hard to pull out their first win. In a game that was full of multiple penalties it was kept to a scoreless game after one period. In the second period Embro took a penalty with 8:59 left on the clock and we were able to capitalize with them shorthanded on an unassisted goal by Austin Webber. Embro came back with 6:22 left in the period and scored to tie the game. The third period was full of penalties, 4 by Embro and 3 by our Ingersoll squad. With 6 seconds left on the clock Jack Walters scored from a Daniel Maloney pass to Win the game!! Again great goal tending by Deakin...
Way to go Boys!!!
