OMHA Game 4
On Tuesday January 8th, the Paris Wolfpack visited the Dove Dental Peewee AE's for the 4th game of their playdowns.
Riding high on their last win, the boys were looking to even up the points in the OMHA playdown.

Much like the night before in Paris, the boys were ready to play. Right off puck drop they were aggressive & kept much of the play in the Paris end.

At 6:01 of the first period, #4 J. Strom made a pass to #9 N. Muller who passed it to #17 E. Cuthbert in front of the net who scored the first goal of the game. Then, with only 54 seconds left in the period, #12 K. Brown kept the puck in at the blue line & shot it to the front of the net. #11 R. Condotta, #13 T. Murray & #17 Cuthbertwere  all in front of the net to fight for the puck. Cuthbert was finally able to sneak it past the goalie. Period 1 ended with Ingersoll up 2-0.

Period 2 continued to see aggressive play, and many great saves by #1 T. Belore. Paris was able to get on the board at 8:06. Later in the period, Paris had a breakaway, but Belore shut the door on him. Then at 4:38, #17 Cuthbert passed the puck from the boards out to #13 T. Murray who passed it over to #11 R. Condotta who tipped it home. Then at 2:29, #11 Condotta passed the puck back to #15 B. Wright who took a shot & #17 Cuthbert was there to slide the rebound past the goalie for his 3rd of the night. Period 2 ended Paris 1 Ingersoll 4.

Period 3 found Paris pull within 2 goals at 10:28 of the period. With 1:14 left, Paris pulled their goalie for the extra attacker. With only 37.8 seconds left, they were able to net their 3rd goal of the game. Ingersoll was able to keep the puck away from Paris for the last few seconds in order to tie up the OMHA series, forcing a game 5.

Final: Ingersoll 4 Paris 3.
Next game: Friday in Paris to determine the winner of the first round of OMHA playdowns.

Great job boys, keep it up!
