Our Dove Dental Peewee AE boys welcomed Caledonia Thunder for their first meeting this season.
#1 T. Belore was in net & made many great saves throughout period 1 to limit Caledonia to 2 goals.
Period 2 featured only 1 goal to allow our boys to get on the board. At 8:57, #13 T. Murray made a pass to #9 N. Muller who put the puck back to #15 B. Wright waiting at the blue line. Wright wound up & made a beauty of a slapshot to put the puck right past the Caledonia goalie. End of 2nd, Express 1 Caledonia 2.
During the 3rd period, both teams had the same number of shots on net. Caledonia was able to find the back of the net throughout the period, despite more great saves by #1 Belore.
