Delhi Hockey Moms Tournament
This past weekend, Jan 19/20/21st, the Butterworth novice local league travel
to Delhi to compete in their second Tournament of the year.
Their first opponent was Barrie. They looked bigger stronger and faster but the Butterworth's Novice team was able to come up with the win having a final score of 2 to 1. Their second game of the tournament was against Mt Brydges. Although the boys worked hard they were unable to pull out the win losing 3 to 1. Their third round robin game was against Beverley. A very tough and stressful game resulted with a 2 to 1 loss, to the team that would eventually win the tournament. Overall the Butterworth's Novice team played incredible over the weekend and worked very hard. Good job boys.
