Verspeeten Cartage This Year
Verspeeten Cartage Peewees are a team of players with great heart and camaraderie. There are regular players as well as some who have been called up to Peewee from other teams, such as Ethan, Matthew and Marissa - who all contribute greatly to the team’s success every time they play.

One young lady, Hailey “The Bruiser” Wright, and several young men make up the regular team. When her dad asked her brother if he wanted to play hockey; Hailey piped up and exclaimed that she wanted to play - and Hailey has excelled!

David Timleck is happy to play forward or defense - as long as he gets to play hockey. When on Defense, David is also working with Jack Van Egdom who is powerful and graceful under pressure - often scoring from a defensive position. Aidan Berto also plays defense and puts his whole being into the game. Kristopher Procter played defense and is now a forward, enjoying scrambles in front of the opposing net. Kristopher “The Krusher” also enjoys the body-checking of Peewee hockey.

Nolan Costa and Jacob Branderhorst are often seen together working to put the puck into the net. With support from Paul Shearer and Graydon Macdonald, the scoring is often high among these forward stalwarts.

Mark Tucker gets into the mix making his skills shine. He’s a great team player and sees the advantage of team work to secure a goal for Verspeeten. Brandon Seed is a zen-like hockey player, with great passion for the game.

Brody Carbaugh holds the team together in net. Brody shows he has ice in his veins as he stands his ground, ready to do his best to stop the next shot, no matter what.

Verspeeten Cartage is an excellent group of hockey players who all care about each other, and they continue to develop as a strong cohesive unit, for the love of the game.
