Games
against Waterford and Six Nations through November put Verspeeten
Cartage against some formidable rivals. At least one of these games
could have been used in Don Cherry’s Rock’em-Sock’em hockey
videos. Other games featured less hard hitting and much more skilled
puck handling.
Scoring throughout these games was Jacob Branderhorst, David Timleck, Jack Van Egdom, and Ethan Vlemmix, with assists by Aidan Berto, Nolan Costa, Jack Van Egdom, Jacob Branderhorst and Mark Tucker.
The three games played featured a tie with Six Nations, with a score of 2 for each team. Later, another Six Nations team would take the game, with a score of 3 to 1. Finally, against Waterford, Verspeeten Cartage was able to take home a win, with a score of 5 to 1.
