McNiven Insurance's Atom Rep Team Meets Cayuga in New Barn
The Express was not intimidated by Cayuga's new arena. In the first period they set the pace for the game with Clayton Hammond setting up Keegan Clark for goal number one, then with 2:27 left in the 1st, Riley Ellis scored to make it 2-0 Express.
The second period was all Express with Cayuga missing the train. Matt Berzins fed Alex Foster to make it 3-0, then Alex Foster was right back at it setting up Riley Ellis to make it 4-0 at the end of the second period.
Cayuga snuck a cheap one in at the beginning of the third then Riley Ellis delivered the goods to Justin Holmes who stuffed one in at the 4:50 mark. Cayuga managed one more to make it a final score of 5-2 with Logan White doing an amazing job between the posts.
Next stop back in Ingersoll Thursday night at 7:00pm. Ingersoll will host their old friend Aylmer.
