Tirecraft In Waterford and At Home
Tirecraft went to Waterford on Saturday, December 11, and faced a team with three-plus strings of players.  That did nothing to daunt the spirit and energy of Tirecraft, however.  (In the photo: Camden Mcdougall beats the Waterford goalie.)

While the well-rested strings of players from Waterford came onto the ice, the Tirecraft players with so much ice time due to the team's small size, held their own.

The game came to an exciting tie finish of 3 to 3, with a goal scored by Bram O'Connor with assistance from Marcus Frizelle; another goal scored  by Camden McDougal and assisted by Broderick Carbaugh, and a final goal scored by Bram O'Connor with a solo effort.

The next day, December 12th, Port Dover came to visit.  Both teams were evenly loaded with the same number of players.  The high-energy end-to-end play was terrific!

The entire first period had a high number of shots on the Port Dover net, but the puck never found the goal line.  However, in period two, Port Dover opened up scoring and didn't stop.

The final score was 5 to 1 for Port Dover, with a single sweet goal being scored for Tirecraft's Camden Mcdougall, assisted by Marcus Frizelle.

Tirecraft's next battle will be fought on Saturday, December 18th at 10am in Langton.  Come on out and give the greatest cheer ever:  “GO TIRECRAFT!
