Anderson Appliance fought hard, but in the end lost another battle. In a lopsided game at 6-0 goalie Mark Tucker made some amazing up high saves and even put his head into the action. Putting in a great performance on defence was Paul Shearer who really held his blue line well. Nathan Peacock had a strong performance at center winning most of the faceoffs as well as Leland Loranger.
In Ingersoll, on Monday Nov 30th, Anderson Appliances faced Waterford. With much anticipation of the many shots that the team were taking the Waterford goalie was turning them away but Mark Tucker was finally able to find the mesh. With some great back and forth hockey the team really pulled together to help goalie Joesph Schonberger. Forwards Annilese Racicot and Justin Thorne really provided help to our defensive core of David Timleck, Camden McDougall, Paul Shearer and Donovan Purcell who also had a magnificent game and even got a shot off from the blue line. In an breakaway effort by Adam Csucs he was able to use his speed to out skate the defence of Waterford and net a breakaway goal. In the end the fighting Anderson Appliances couldn't fend off the last few rushes of Waterford and the final score was 3-2. The team of Anderson Appliance had a great hard fought game and really came together during this came to keep the crowd excited. Goalie Joseph Schonberger put on a performance no one will forget.
