Novice LL - Butterworths, 2018-2019 (Ingersoll & District Minor Hockey)

1st Period – Waterford scored the first goal early in the first at 9:23.  Less than a minute later another shot on our net but it went off the post.   Defense working hard but another Waterford goal at 7:25.   Kalvin with a great play.  #17 Kingsley with a penalty at 2:29 for hooking and Waterford with the powerplay.   Only one attempt on our net by Waterford blocked and covered by Logan.   Powerplay just finished and Waterford got their third goal at 1:03.  Our 2nd penalty was #18 Cameron tripping with just 20 seconds left in the period.  Waterford on the powerplay made another attempt and ...

1st Period – Tillsonburg with the first attempt and Logan blocked the goal.   Kayden with the puck but intercepted.   Great pass by Cameron to Carson.   First goal went to Tillsonburg at 5:12.   Henry with a great shot, getting it out of our end.   Ingersoll goal at 1:26 Kayden #16 assisted by Eli #5. 20 seconds later Ingersoll takes the lead with a pass from Carson to Henry #10 with the goal.   Brayden P. attempts one more goal to end the period but blocked.

1st Period – Our team had a great first period with Dover only getting one goal.   We saw attempts on the Dover net by Carson and Kingsley.   Great defense work by Brayden S. and Henry and Logan making multiple saves including one that took him way out of his net.  Dover with the only penalty at 3:14 for tripping.

1st Period – It was a fun play to watch as Henry on defense shot the puck from our end and it came really close to going in.  Our goalie with two saves before Waterford got one in.  Next goal for Waterford was on rebound shot.    Carson with an attempt on Waterford at 3:20.   0-2

1st Period – Tillsonburg opened with an early attempt on Ingersoll at 9:45 but the shot was wide.  Next attempt was blocked by our goalie Logan.   Brayden S. with an attempt on the Tillsonburg net.  First goal to Tillsonburg at 4:25 with a corner shot.   Another goal by Tillsonburg at 3:45.
