Tirecraft vs. Tillsonburg #1
Wednesday February 7th Tirecraft travelled to Tillsonburg for what would be a very exciting game and leaving Tirecraft for the well deserved win!
Tillsonburg scored the first two goals ending the first period with them ahead 2-0. Tirecraft decided that that was enough and with 1:22 remaining in the second period, Tirecrafts #5 Drew Piper scored an unassisted goal and now we had a game!
Tying up the game at 7:27 in the third period was Tirecrafts #6 Max Matheson with the assist going to #13 Jaxson Riddell. The third period continued to be full of chances for both teams but Tirecrafts amazing goalie #1 Graeme Arthur was solid in defending his net.
With 40 seconds remaining in the third period Tirecrafts #6 Max Matheson once again found the back of the net to give Tirecraft the much deserved win!!
