Anderson Appliances Novice LL 1 Game 11
Game 11 Ingersoll Express Novice LL1 Anderson Appliances vs Six Nations Blackhawks.
This was our first game vs the Blackhawks and a fantastic game.
1 st Period we opened strong with a shot on the Blackhawks net at 9:50. The first goal for Ingersoll
Express came at 6:16 #9 Kyle unassisted. Shortly after the Blackhawks got their first goal at 5:30 and we
ended the first period tied 1-1.
2 nd Period saw great plays but no goals for either team. Great defense work by #3 Ben Timleck and
most of the period was spent in the Blackhawks end. Kolton had two great attempts in net back to back
in the last minutes of the period. We also saw some fantastic defense work by #8 Teddy ending the
period.
3 rd Period started off with another goal for Ingersoll at 9:10 # 17 Kolton assisted by #14 Carson, breaking
the tie. At 5:46 Logan Walters had a great save and prevented another tie. The Blackhawks were not
giving up and Logan had two more saves at 1:50 and 35 seconds left in the period. Again we were on
the edge of the seats and at .5 seconds left in the period Ingersoll got the final goal of the game by #5
Graeme. Final score 3-1 and another win for Ingersoll.
Congrat’s to Kyle on his 9 th goal, Kolton on his 6 th , Graeme on his 2 nd and Carson on his 3 rd assist. Well
done team and coaches it was a great game.
