1 st Period
After a few rough games, we had something to prove. Early in the third a good block by Sam on
defense and an attempt on the Waterford net by Carson. Great shot by Blake at 5:14 going off the post.
First goal at 4:20 went to Ingersoll #17 Kolton with an assist by #12 Jackson. Shout out to Blake who also
had a hand in the goal. Another great attempt by Kyle at 2:38, and Aaden ending out the period. A
really fast first period with Ingersoll leading 1-0.

2 nd Period
A fantastic start to the second at 9:27 a great pass by Brayden to Kolton with a shot on net that was
blocked. This was followed shortly by a great goal by #18 Gregory at 9:21, right place right time.
Waterford got their first goal of the game at 6:25 bringing the score to 2-1 for Ingersoll. Kolton had a
great attempt on the Waterford net at 3:10 and Logan had two good saves before the period ended

3 rd Period
Another great start to the period with #5 Graeme attempting a shot on net. Followed by two saves by
Logan in net. The Wildcats were starting to find holes in the defense. Great job by the coaches making
sure #13 on the Wildcat team was covered. At 3:23 we increased the lead with a goal by #9 Kyle
bringing it to 3-1. With just minutes to go Waterford was not giving up without a fight with less than a
minute to go a penalty to #13 on the Wildcat team for body checking. Ingersoll was on a power play
and the game ended with no additional goals for either team.
A great game to watch, and a fantastic win for Ingersoll. Great work team and coaches!
