On Sunday November 1st the Canadian Tire Novice attempted to bring their winning streak to 10
in a row as they played the Delhi Rockets
#18 Carter Skevington struck first, 52 seconds into the game but the celebration was short lived as Delhi managed to get not one but two goals past #30 Spencer Krajewski.
2nd period, #15 JR Sholdice tied it up 2-2 and #11 Owen Lively’s shot with an assit from #17 Alexander Stevens gave Ingersoll back the lead.
Although Delhi managed to rally back with a goal 30 seconds later it was Ingersoll that “Rocketed” away as Carter Skevington scored not once but twice to end the 2nd 5-3.
3rd period Ingersoll kept up the pace with Carter Skevington scoring 2 more goals to bring his game total to 5 and JR Sholdice scoring his 2nd, assists going to #4 Warren Perry and #5 Lucas Folkema.
Game final score was 8-5 Ingersoll.
