Shooter's Photography Opens Their Doors To Waterford Midgets
The
puck dropped November 28, and Waterford opens scoring in first
period.
For many minutes all the action was in Ingersoll's zone. Then the boys came to life. With only thirty-three seconds left in the period, Waterford had a two-man advantage.
Period two started with the Waterford two-man advantage. However, Waterford was ineffective at this power-play because Ingersoll was so effective at killing their penalty. Soon the tables would turn and Ingersoll had the advantage with a power-play. Then it happened: Waterford scored a short handed goal, taking a two point lead. As this period of play wound to an end, a very fast Waterford player took a breakaway toward Ingersoll's goal, where Brandon quickly shut him down.
The final period began with Waterford on top by three points. The period saw a virtually uncountable number of shots on Waterford's net but that goalie would not be beaten. The game would end with Waterford taking the win in a shut out.
