Shooters Sports Photography - Shooting In Delhi January 21 2016
Shooters Sports Photography Midgets of Ingersoll, travelled to Delhi on January 21, to face the Rockets on their own pond.

Ingersoll's Walker Linklater would open the scoring with assistance from Justin Koch.  But it didn't stop there.  A second goal was scored only thirty seconds later, by Justin Burns who received an assist from Kristopher Procter.  As the first period came to an end, Ingersoll's Shooters Sports Photography was fully in control of the game.

With the commencement of the second period, it seemed Ingersoll would continue to dominate Delhi's rink as Craig Wild scored an unassisted goal.  But shortly after, Delhi would start to take back their ice as they put the puck into the Ingersoll net twice within five minutes.  Meanwhile, for the rest of the period, Ingersoll couldn't seem to get a shot past Delhi's goalie.

The third and final period of the game would begin with Delhi taking their third goal to tie up the game.  Several minutes of end-to-end hockey would continue until Hayden Homewood hit the mesh behind Delhi's goalie with assistance from Will Norris.  This was followed with another goal, unassisted, scored by Koch.

Shooters' fans were biting their nails as the time marched toward the final buzzer with Ingersoll on top by two.  Then, with only thirty-seven seconds remaining, Delhi scored another, to come within one point of a tie.  Ingersoll fought hard to gain control of the puck for the final seconds, while Delhi pulled their goalie to put a sixth attacker on the ice.  Shooters Sports Photography fans were able to breath a collective sigh of relief, as did the team members themselves, when the buzzer sounded and Ingersoll took a 5 to 4 win over Delhi.
