Ingersoll & Tillsonburg Tie One On - February 4th, 2016
In the first period of the game, Tillsonburg opens scoring with two quick goals as they repeatedly break through Ingersoll's defense.
Ingersoll would play hard gain control, however, and with 39 seconds left in the first, Ingersoll's Justin Koch would receive assistance from Austin George to score with a deflection.
As the puck dropped for the second period, Ingersoll was down by one. However, the period would not end without Ingersoll tying the game then taking the go-ahead goal, as Koch would score again, with help from Craig Wild and Johnny Ager, followed by an unassisted goal scored by George.
Sitting on top in the beginning of the third period, the lead would be eliminated by Tillsonburg who managed to find the back of the Ingersoll net to tie up the game.
Then, with the Tillsonburg penalty box filling up, Ingersoll had about sixty seconds of five-on-three hockey but couldn't manage to score. The game would end in a tie score of three goals a piece.
