Minor Midget Rep - Carmeuse Lime Ltd, 2015-2016 (Ingersoll & District Minor Hockey)

The score was tied at one when Carmeuse Lime Ltd net-minder, #30 Ryan Calder, skated to the face-off circle to play the puck during Game 4 of the Shamrock Hockey League’s Minor Midget/Midget AE Final Series, last Thursday night in Petrolia.  He had no more than delivered the pass to his teammate as he was hit by a Petrolia player who made no attempt to stop or avoid the collision.  

Last Sunday night at the Wallaceburg Memorial Arena, it was the Wallaceburg Jr Lakers who would overcome a two-goal deficit and claim the 4-2 win over the visiting Carmeuse Lime Ltd Ingersoll Express.  With the series then tied, the six-point Quarter-Final Series was turning into a three-game series and Game 1 was scheduled for 9:00 PM, Tuesday, February 9, at the Ingersoll District Memorial Centre.

Thursday night at the Ingersoll District Memorial Centre Carmeuse Lime Ltd would overcome a two-goal deficit and win the first game in the O.M.H.A. Quarter-Final Series against the Wallaceburg Lakers, 4-2.

Carmeuse Lime Ltd Minor Midget Ingersoll Express hosted the Mitchell Meteors Midget Rep team for an exhibition game last night at the Ingersoll District Memorial Centre, part of Sponsor Day presented by Carmeuse Lime Ltd and the level of play of was anything but exhibition.
