Verpseeten boys continue to fill the net against Langton!
The boys stretched out their winning streak with a 7-6 win of Langton Tuesday night with a flurry of goals. The Express PeeWees played strong, offensively, controlling the play in the Langton end with pin point passes to the front of the net. Bergman and Parkhill were in sync moving the puck between them like seasoned veterans. Vanboekel showed great heart pressuring the Langton D to couhg up the biscuit in their own end.
The Ingersoll Defense continued their stellar play with a solid fundamental game, which included Dench debuting on the blue line.
Bergman lit up the scoreboard with 3 goals and 3 assists. Dench had 3 goals and an assist. Suozzi added a goal to the tally. Parkhill provided 2 helpers (assists), along with Ashman's assist.
Langont did not lay down and roll over despite a 4 goal lead for Ingersoll twice in the game. The final minute providedNHL quality action for the spectators and chest pains for the coaches.
