Verspeeten Continues Team Play
The PeeWeep boys continued their strong team play this past Tuesday against The Wildcats from Waterford.
Another strong performance in net from Brunzlow as he held onto the shut out until the bitter end when a screened, bouncing shot founds its way off the post and in for the lone goal against. Russell started off the scoring from the slot and added an assist. Dench, fresh back from vacation, added two markers. Bergman tallied a goal and an assist. Parkhill, McArthur, and Vanboekel each added assists. Holt, McArthur, Kuhlman, and George continued their "fortress-like" defence shutting down the Wildcats shooters.
The boys continue their play today at noon in Ingersoll against Mt Brydges in the annual Carmeuse Lime Invitational.
