After tying Tillsonburg 3-3,
Team Anderson Appliances travelled to Norwich Sunday November 2nd to defeat the
Norwich Knighthawks 3-0.
We aren't sure if it was the sugar rush from the Halloween candy, but Ingersoll started the first period off strong. The majority of the play was in the Knighthawks end. #10 C. Skevington started the game off scoring three minutes into the period. Ingersoll killed off a two minute tripping penalty with ease. The first period ended, 1-0 for Team Anderson.
The excitement continued into the second period. #16 B. Huitema popped the puck past the Knighthawks goaltender within the first thirty seconds of play, making it look "easy peasy". The Knighthawks held strong trying to score on replacement goaltender #19 T. Belore. Team Anderson carried the suspense on through the last thirty seconds left in the game. #12 O.
