While the Carmeuse Lime Minor Midget rep team fell behind early in the 1st period against
Parkhill Oct 4th, it was a relatively clean game for Ingersoll.
Penalties were minimal for Ingersoll, comparatively 1 for every 3 called on their Parkhill opponents.

Overall, both teams battled back and forth and a very good effort by all Express players this game.  Goaltender Malchesky kept the game close. The team was just unable to score on the chances they had.

Final score Parkhill  4   Ingersoll  1

Another road game in Petrolia Oct 6th, and a similar situation ensued – falling behind with a 4-0 score at the end of the 1st period.

Once our goalie settled in, Loranger had a good game.  Our PP has some opportunity for improvement but the PK was working this game!

Final score  Petrolia  5  Ingersoll 2

First goal by Lednicky from Warnock,  2nd goal was unassisted -  John Ryan
