Mulitple Points for Several Players!
6 of Searles Novice REP players had a 2 or more point game!
Last time Aylmer and Ingersoll Novice teams met it was a 3-3 game.
Ingersoll wasn't going to let this game end the same way!
The first period showed Ingersoll scoring first. The birthday boy, Kaleb Kloepfer scored first with help from Jack Wolfe and Rhylan Warford.
With 1 second left in the first period Cohen Alexander slipped one past Aylmer's goalie with assists from Tyler Watts and Jack Wolfe.
Seconds into the second period, Cohen Alexander scored his second goal of the game. The goal came after Jack Wolfe was able to pass the puck onto tape of Cohen's stick. Rhylan Warford also assisted on the goal.
Aylmer was able to score 2 goals a minute apart near the end of the second period making it a 3-2 game.
After that, Ingersoll's goalies shut the door on Aylmer.
After a quick pass from Cohen Alexander, Jack Wolfe then passed it to Kaleb Kloepfer. Kaleb was then able to put one top shelf, (I don't think Aylmer's goalie even saw the puck)!
Tyler Watts made a beauty of a pass to Rhylan Warford who then slid the puck by Aylmer's goalie.
Kaleb Kloepfer was able to get his 3rd point of the game, when he shot the puck from the blue line, Aylmer's goalie was unable to cover the puck and Jack Wolfe (4th point of the game) put it in the net. Ty Shapton was able to add another goal to the score board with help from Tyler Watts (3rd point) and Rhylan Warford (3rd point).
Ingersoll ended up winning 7-2!
