Searles Novice REPS take Game 3 at Home!
With the Novice REPS winning 2 in a row, they were pumped and ready to make it 3 wins in a row.
The first period was scoreless, with both teams having chances. Kaleb Kloepfer of Ingersoll had a rush, but was unable to capitalize when his shot went off the cross bar.
In the second period, Ingersoll poured it on, with 3 unanswered goals. Rhylan Warford picked up a pass from Jack Wolfe and shot it past the goalie. I don't think the goalie saw the puck, as Cohen Alexander was screening him.
Colen Alexander added another one for Ingersoll to the scoreboard with assists from Jack Wolfe and Kaleb Kloepfer.
Before the second period ending Kaleb Kloepfer got his second point of the game when he shot the puck from the blue line and it went in over the goalie. Rhylan Warford and Cohen Alexander assisted on this goal, making it a 2 point game for all 4 of them.
Paris didn't give up. They scored 1 goal shortly into the third period and 1 goal with less than a minute left.
Ingersoll hung on tight and never gave up the tying goal!
Special mention goes out to Carter Spence who has played 2 awesome games in net against Paris and to Rhylan Warford who was sick with the flu, but still came out and helped the team by contributing 2 points to the win!
