Ingersoll Pee Wee Reps Busy Schedule Continues
Glenda Ponsonby Ingersoll Oxford Realty Pee Wee Reps have had a busy schedule for the past couple of weeks.  From Cayuga to Blenheim the games shake out as follows…

Thurs. Dec. 1, 2011 – vs. Norwich – Final Score:  6-0 Norwich.

 

Mon. Dec. 5 – vs. Cayuga – Final Score:  1-0 Ingersoll.

Scoring for Ingersoll – Tanner Moon (unassisted).

 

Thurs. Dec. 8 – vs. Aylmer – Final Score:  5-1 Aylmer.

Scoring for Ingersoll – Colin Weller-Burgess (unassisted).

 

Tues. Dec. 13 – vs. Glanbrook – Final Score:  2-2 Tie.

Scoring for Ingersoll:

-          Jack van Egdom (assisted by Tyler Goyette & Sam Tasker)

-          Jacob Branderhorst (assisted by Weller-Burgess)

 

Thurs. Dec. 15 – vs. Port Dover – Final Score:  2-1 Port Dover.

Both goals for Ingersoll scored by Aaron Lonsberry (assisted by Tasker, van Egdom & Brydon Bomberry)

 

 

The Team also participated in a Tournament Dec. 9 – 11 in Blenheim.

 

Friday December 9 vs Kincardine:  2-1 Ingersoll

Brady Shapton scored both goals in the second period at 6.42 and 4.34   with assists from Tanner Moon and Ethan Stevens on the first and Tanner Moon and Colin Weller-Burgess on the second.  Kincardine scored their lone goal at the end of a power play at 4:11 of the third period.

 

Saturday December 10th

 

12pm Ethan Stevens put on a show at the skills competition, impressing former NHL'er Todd Warrener who was the MC of the event.  While putting on some Ovechkin-esk moves in the shootout, Warrener commented over the speakers: "Who is this guy!"

 

Express vs Lambeth Lancers: 3-1 Loss

Lambeth scored in the first, no more scoring until the 3rd where we tied it up at 10:56 on a goal by Jack van Egdom with assist to Moon and Bryden Bomberry.  Lambeth responded with another goal and an empty netter to put it away.

 

Express vs St Thomas: 4-2 Loss

Scoreless, tight 1st period.  St Thomas scored with 2:44 left in the 2nd period.  We scored twice in the third at 9:21 (Tyler Goyette - unassisted) and 13:40 (Aaron Lonsberry from van Egdom).  St Thomas also scored at 9:48, 8:50 and an empty netter with 18 seconds left.
