Ingersoll Dairy Queen Tyke split games with Belmont and Thamesford

The Ingersoll Dairy Queen Tyke Team hosted Belmont on Saturday, January 30th.  The team played an excellent game, which went back and forth early, before Dairy Queen Tykes were able to pull away.  The game ended up producing two hat-tricks for Dairy Queen players Ethan Laporte and Aidan Berto.  Also scoring for Dairy Queen were Brennan Rupert with two goals and Keegan Purdy with one.  Assists went to Rupert, Laporte, Purdy, Ben White, Will Jones and Eddie Ball.    

On Saturday, February 6th, Ingersoll Dairy Queen Tykes travelled to Thamesford for their first game in Thamesford this year.  The team again played an excellent game, with a shortened roster due to illnesses.  The team kept the game close, but fell to Thamesford 5-4.  Scoring for Ingersoll Dairy Queen Tykes were Ethan Laporte with 2 goals, and Logan White and Daytn Racicot each with one.  Assists went to Aidan Berto with two, and Ryan Bruschetto with one.
The team's next game is Friday, February 12th at home at 6:00 pm.  The team they will be playing against has yet to be announced.
