All families must use the Town of Ingersoll QR Code for contact tracing purposes before entering the building.
The Town of Ingersoll will have an employee on site checking vaccination status prior to entering the arena, please have patience with this process as it does take a bit of extra time, if you could have your vaccine QR code and ID ready that will definately speed up the proccess.

The following must be submitted by October 31/21.
If not received by this date then player /bench staff will be suspended, no exception.
1- Bond cheques for U9 and above are to be sent by via mail or drop off to 200 KingHiram St. Cheques can be dated for March 31 2021
2 - Proof of full Covid vaccination must be submitted via email (as attachment) to
[email protected] for all players 12 years and above as well as for all bench staff/on ice helpers
3- Rowans Law (annually) must be completed for each player/bench staff

If you need a police check for coaching, volunteering or anything else to do with minor hockey you can find the form to take to the police station

Criminal Record Checks can be completed at the OPP station in town or any branch by calling (519-485-6554 and #2) and booking a drop off appointment, bring the letter that is on the website with you and 2 pieces of ID, All coaches, team staff, executive and on ice helpers will require a criminal record check for the 2021-22 Season.
