Semi Final - Ingersoll vs Tavistock

On March 20th Dove Dental Peewee AE team welcomed the Tavistock Titans Peewee Rep team for their Southern Counties semi final playoff game.
Both teams were ready to go! Ingersoll would get on the board first at 6:44 of the 1st period. #9 K. Clifford passed the puck to #14 B. Williams who found #12 L. Skevington in front of the net to put the puck past the goalie. At 3:31 Tavistock would tie it up. With 25 seconds left they pulled ahead. But with 5.9 seconds left, #17 J. Heeney passed the puck to #2 E. Cuthbert who took a shot. There was a scramble in front of the net & #19 A. Krajewksi was able to slide the puck past the goalie. Period 1 ended 2-2.
Period 2 seen Ingersoll outshoot Tavistock & they were able to pull ahead. At 9:26 #4 C. Holland made a pass out of the zone to #9 K. Clifford. He took a shot from the side of the net into the top corner. Then at 5:15 #15 C. Freeman passed the puck around to #3 B. Wright who passed the puck ahead to #19 A. Krajewski. He took a shot from the top of the circle, the puck dropped right in front of the goalie & went through his legs. With 3:03 left, #8 R. Skevington took a shot on net & #12 L. Skevington put it into the back of the net. Period 2 would end with the Express ahead 5-2.
Period 3 seen Tavistock score at 9:34. At 8:24 #6 L. Dewit passed to #4 C. Holland who passed to #9 K. Clifford who scored his 2nd of the night. At 7:22 #14 B. Williams passed the puck out of the zone to #6 L. Dewit who found the back of the net. Tavistock was not ready to give up & they scored at 5:40 & 4:46. At 1:39 #2 E. Cuthbert made a pass to his 2 on 1 partner #17 J. Heeney who put the puck right passed the goalie. Tavistock would pull their goalie, but #1 E. Spence stopped all of the shots to keep Ingersoll ahead.
Final 8-5 Express. Great game boys! Lots of passing, shots, saves & teamwork.
