OMHA Round two Vs Ayr Flames

After 4 games

Winning the coin toss had our Express at home ice to start the series against the Ayr Flames. However we would not take it to our advantage and dropped the home opener 3-1. The game would end in controversy and would see the Ayr bench staff receive a suspension for a verbal tirade to the officials at the end of the match.
Game two our Express would bounce back and defeat the flames 2-1 on their home pad. Both of the first two games would also count towards our Southern Counties playoffs having both our teams gaining two points.
Game three would have us back at the Mad house on Mutual Street. Hoping this time to take advantage of the home ice and put the pressure on the visiting team. Again our Brokerlink team would be on the winning side with another 2-1 defeat of the Ayr Flames.
Game four would have our train back in Ayr and have us on the verge of eliminating them once and for all from the OMHA playoffs. Feeling like we have done nothing but play this Ayr team all year, both teams came out to play and with a back and forth battle the two teams would battle from beginning to end. At the final buzzer our Express would be standing tall coming out with a 4-3 win and a birth to the semifinals against......
