Paris Wolfpack #1 - 9 @ Unifor - 2
The home side looked to start a new winning streak tonight but the visitors to the Ingersoll Arena had other ideas as the Unifor squad fell 9-2 to the Paris Wolfpack #1 squad.

The home team's recipe for success has been hard work, moving the puck, skating, and quick line changes, but the visitors seemed to neutralize that tonight by continuously clogging up the neutral zone and forcing a number of turnovers in both the offensive and defensive zones.

The game started out promising for the home side as they applied some early pressure on the Wolfpack but a turnover behind their own net at 5:13 of the first period led to the first goal for Paris.

With 3:33 left in the period the home side looked to the powerplay to jump start the offense. Paris responded with a short handed goal off a nice rush to go up 2-0. With :16 seconds left in the period the visitors added one more on a nice wrap around from behind the net.

The bounces weren't going Unifor's way either as early in the second a bad bounce off a Wolfpack shoulder found its way in to the Unifor net giving the visitors a commanding 4-0 lead.

Unifor responded at the 3:50 mark of the period when #6 Liam Carson scored assisted by #16 Alex Barr. Shortly after that Unifor goalie Dawson Sharpe made a nice pad save on a two on one.

With the visiting side keeping up the pressure the scored two more goals in :15 seconds both on unlucky bounces. An end to end rush by Paris made the score after two periods 7-1 for the visitors.

Unifor managed to add another goal in the third when Carson scored again on a nice break out pass by #19 Colin VanDyk. However, the visitors would add two more goals making the final score 9-2.

The team is in action again Dec. 5 when the take on the Port Dover Pirates at 8:15 at the Ingersoll Arena.
