On Saturday February 25th, the Ingersoll Tirecraft Atoms
played the Burford Coyotes.
In the first, both Teams fought hard but it would be Ingersoll’s #12 Kieran Collins who would score with just over a minute left of play, assist going to #9 Noah Muller.
In the second, with a questionable rebound goal not being counted by Ingersoll’s #13 Owen Nigh, Ingersoll would slip the lead as the Coyotes would get one past Ingersoll’s goalie #33 Spencer Krajewski.
In the third Ingersoll came out to reclaim their lead with back to back goals in the first three minutes of play by #5 Garret Folkema with assists going to #13 Owen Nigh, #7 Landon Upton and #6 Lucas Folkema to make it a 3-1 game. The period was far from over as the Coyotes would score once to cut the lead to 3-2 and again in the last 20 seconds of play to take the win away as they tied it up 3-3.
