On Saturday February 11th, the Ingersoll Tirecraft Atoms
played Langton Leafs.
With #30 Spencer Krejewski in net, Ingersoll was in fine form as they scored on a goal from #9 Noah Muller with an assist from #18 Owen Lively in the first three minutes and again on a goal from# 5 Garret Folkema to give Ingersoll a 2-0 lead with just over a minute play left. Langton, however would manage to score seconds later to end the first 2-1.
In the second, Ingersoll would once again widen the gap on another goal from Ingersoll’s Noah Muller and once again Langton would score seconds later to make it a one point game ending the second in 3-2 for Ingersoll.
In the third, Ingersoll would give way as Langton scored back to back goals to take the 1 point lead but with just two minutes left in the game Ingersoll’s#5 Garret Folkema would score his second ending this match in a 4-4 tie.
