2 Successful Games for Verspeeten PeeWee LL
It's been an exciting couple of games - on the edge of your seat excitement!
Sunday night found the team on home ice against Norwich. In the last 5 minutes of the first period, Norwich was about to get 2 goals. It was the second period where Ingersoll dominated. Eddie Ball was able to break away from the Norwich defensemen and slide one past. Not even two minutes later he did the same thing, assisted by Shaun Holt. Matt Debruyn score 2 more times in the second period, first assisted by Kiera Haley. It was in the third period that Matt Debruyn scored our 5th and 6th goals. Making sure we had enough of a lead to ensure the win.
Monday night found the team in Port Dover. And it was Logan Brunzlow (Goalie) that was key in our winning! Numerous shots on net were saved time and time again. It was Eddie Ball who got Ingersoll on the board scoring 2 in the second period. Zach Lewis scored our third and winning goal. Port Dover tried making a bit of a come back, but Ingersoll prevailed!
