Southern Counties playoffs start and Searles Novice Rep's open with 2 victories.
Searles Novice Rep's open the Southern Counties playoffs with 2 victories.

The first victory as a 3-1 win over Glanbrook.

The 2nd victory was a 7-2 win over Twin Centre.

The Searles Novice rep's were all over the boys from Glanbrook and early on it looked like the Glanbrook net had an invisible shield in front of it as the puck was behind the goalie a few times but somehow did not find a way into the net.  The boys then were able to score a couple of goals on great deflections in front of the net and Nathan White stood tall grabbing the victory between the pipes.

Scoring Summary:

Tyler Watts from Willie Parsons and Nathan Crane
Nicholas Yorowski from Jack Wolfe and Landon Skevington
Ethan Cuthbert from Ty Shapton and Tyler Watts

The next game was the highly anticipated rematch with Twin Centre who finished 1st place over all in the regular season.  This game felt like it was broken into 3 sections, in the first section the Searles Novice Rep's were all over Twin Centre jumping out to an early lead.  The next section saw Twin Centre answer with a couple of goals but still trailing the home team.  The last section was Twin Centre taking penalties and Searles Novice Rep's adding to their lead.  The final score was 7-2 for the home team with Matthew Cudney avenging the previous loss between the pipes.

Scoring Summary:

Nicholas Yorowski from Colton MacPherson
Colton MacPherson from Nicholas Yorowski and Ethan Cuthbert
Landon Skevington from Ty Shapton
