2014 Silver Stick Wrap Up
In the semi-finals the Searles Novice Rep's had a rematch with South Huron and the result was similar to the the first meeting with South Huron skating away with a 4-0 victory.
This game was really close with the score being 1-0 for South Huron in the middle of the 2nd period. Your Searles Novice Rep's were hustling all over the ice and were relentless on the back check however they were not able to generate any offense. Late in the 2nd South Huron was able to add another goal. Unfortunately, South Huron stayed on the attack through the 3rd period and were able to add 2 more late goals for the 4-0 victory.
After beating Ilderton and Wallaceburg and only losing to South Huron it makes you wonder if the draw had been different maybe the boys could have made the final.

The boys had a great tournament against some good competition but unfortunately couldn't figure out the team from South Huron.
