2 Tough Loses for Ingersoll's Canadian Tire Atom LL Team
It has been 2 very tough loses for the Canadian Tire Atom LL team this week. The first in Langton, and the second at home against Delhi.
It was a long drive through the snow on Saturday morning for the game in Langton. The first period was full of action but no scores for either side. It was Langton who got the first one, and we answered back with one not even a minute later, by Cam Dench, unassisted. It was through the 3rd period where Ingersoll couldn't get it back. Final score, 1-5.
Tuesday night found us on home ice agains Delhi. The team was flying around during practice, and hot for a win, but Delhi had other plans. After numerous tries on net by the entire team, our only goal scored in the end of the 3rd period by Bryson Green. Final score 3-1.
