Third Hat Trick for Canadian Tire Team - Way to go #9!
The 2 Ingersoll Atom teams came together on Tuesday for an exciting game between friends.

These 2 teams practice together almost every weekend, but this week they played against each-other in a close and extremely exciting game!

As the first period came to a close, there was still no score.  But just after the puck dropped, the opposing team sunk one.  The Canadian Tire team wasn't going down, and Mitchell Homenuik came in with his first goal of the night, assisted by Eddie Ball.  A few minutes later, Mitchell skated around their net and got another one - right over the goalie's shoulder, 'Top Shelf style', assisted by Eddie Ball.  By the end of the second period, Tanner George put us ahead with his goal, assisted by Bryson Green.  Cam Dench, quickly got another one in, assisted by Eddie Ball and Mitchell Homenuik.  As the third period got underway, the game got more and more exciting.  With 2 minutes left on the clock, Mitchell Homenuik got his third goal of the night, assisted by Cam Dench and Eddie Ball.  It was a close call game and immensely exciting for the crowd to be apart of.  The kids went wild with their win, and making it more exciting was Mitchell Homenuik with his first Hat Trick in his hockey career.  Way to go Mitchell!
Amazing goal tending by Noah Cooper and Logan Brunzlow.

Final score 5-4 for Atom Canadian Tire.
