Yet another 'edge of the seat' game for Ingersoll's Peewee Reps!
The Saturday morning goalie clinic is paying dividends for the Ingersoll Express Peewee Rep team sponsored by Glenda Ponsonby Ing/Oxford Reality as they received strong goaltending for a second game in a row, this time from goalie Noah Robinson. Thursday night saw the Twin Centres Stars come to town, and they proved they were ready to fight their way back to the top of the division, but Ingersoll was equal to the task.
The teams exchanged chances, although Twin Centres held the edge in shots on net, but all Santa left under the tree for either team was a goose egg as niether goalie would be beat on this night. The two teams will match up again Saturday afternoon in Wellesley for what will be another tightly fought match.
