Anderson's Appliance Novice has a weekend of learning
Saturday morning Anderson's Appliance team played in Waterford. But the team found it hard to get into their groove. They kept it together until the last period where they just ran out of gas. They ended up losing 0-4. The second game of the weekend found us up gainst Delhi. You could see that they had rested up, and learned from their mistakes on Saturday. They were passing the puck, following it up, playing their positions, and getting lots of shots on net.
The defence did a great job getting the puck out of our end which resulted in the play mainly in their end. And believe me there were no lack of shots on net. But their goalie played like a professional! She stopped every shot! Game score 0-2 Great job in net Cameron White! Even though the team couldn’t get a win, from the cheering in the changeroom at the end of the game tells me that they had a great weekend, learned lots, and had fun.
