C.A.W. Local 88 - Midget Rep, 2010-2011 (Ingersoll & District Minor Hockey)

The Ingersoll Express CAW Local 88 Midget Reps embarked on what they hope will be a long and prosperous journey through this year's OMHA Playdowns on Sunday January 9 in Ingersoll.

  The name on the gamesheet reads Blake Telfer but a name change may be in order to maybe Blank Telfer, perhaps. The Ingersoll Express CAW Local 88 Midget Rep netminder was brilliant in backstopping his club to three straight shutout victories, including the championship final at a Major Midget A tournament in Bracebridge last weekend.

The CAW Local 88 Midget Rep Hockey Team was in the Pt. Dover hockey tournament this past weekend.  The boys won 3 of the 4 games, ultimately winning the consolation championship.  It took 15 minutes of overtime; 5 minutes of sudden death and then 2 full rounds of 1 minute periods of 5on5,4on4,3on3,2on2, and 1on1, to attain the big win.  Great team effort throughout the entire weekend.  Keep up the good work Boys!
