Ingersoll Thamesford Pizza came up short against Langton in
a penalty filled match Monday November 1.
Ingersoll opened the scoring for the third game this season, when Mason Schneider scored with 4 minutes left in the opening frame. Joel Couse picked up the assist.
In the second period Ingersoll was unable to build on Schneider’s goal as the flow of the game was interrupted by penalties. Though Langton spent much of the period shorthanded, Ingersoll was outscored three to nothing in the period.
In the third, Ingersoll’s coaches tried a bit of line shuffling, but time ran out leaving the majority of the period unplayed.
