What an intense first period you could feel the energy in the air! This team was in it to win it
#9 Noah Y scored 2 amazing goals in the first, one with a breakaway and amazing stickhandling! Way to go Noah! When a player from Paris had a strong breakaway our goalie Jackson C made an amazing glove save putting his goalie clinic skills to good use!
2nd period #2 Brayden P fought hard for a shot on net, his quick skating and agility is a definite asset #3 Emily S was working very hard on defense and then came our penalty #16 Ashton D
3rd period #7 Meleena P was working hard keeping it in zone, and another penalty for Ingersoll by #15 Dylan R
The score was 2-3 for Paris and Coach Eric pulled our goalie hoping we could pull ahead in the last minute with an extra man on the ice. Unfortunately it didn't work out for us as Paris got the breakaway allowing them to score on our empty net.
Great game by all!! Keep working hard. Goalie Jackson C had an amazing 36 saves on net. Be proud team!
