Tirecraft vs. Norwich Knighthawks 2
Sunday January 13th Tirecraft headed to Norwich to face the Norwich Knighthawks 2 for another exciting game.
Tirecraft once again opened the scoring at 2:12 in the first period with an unassisted goal by #7 Gunnar Doyon.
Norwich scored first in the second period to tie up the game but not for long as Tirecraft's #3 Benjamin Timleck scored an unassisted goal at :56 remaining in the second period. Norwich came back to tie up the game 2-2 ending the second period.
It was an exciting, back and forth third period as Tirecraft continued working hard together as a team and goalie #1 Jackson Callow defending his net with some amazing saves!
The final score was 4-2 for Norwich after they managed 2 goals in the third period despite the best efforts of Tirecraft.
A great game played by the team as they continue to improve each and every game!
