Hard Work Pays Off!
Last night, the Ingersoll Atom A/E Tremblett's YIG Express steam engined their way to Ayr for a rare Tuesday night road game. The coaching staff must of preached to the boys about hard work before the game because they came out fired up!!
Tremblett's YIG Express scored two in the first on goals by Jayden Strom with assists going to Ethan Kish and Charlie Ashman, and the other goal going to Logan Pare with the assist going to Jeremy Stiles. Nothing but solid defence and great goaltending happened in the second period as the score remained 2-0 after two periods. In the third period, the hard work paid off again as the Tremblett's YIG Express scored 3 more early to take a 5-0 lead. Goal scorers were Tyler Fleming, Taylor Murray and Ethan Kish, with assists going to Jeremy Stiles, Ryan Condotta, Logan Pare and Tyler Fleming. Ayr managed to score 3 late in the third period but it to little to late as the Ingersoll Atom A/E Tremblett's YIG Express chugged their way to a 5-3 victory. The coaching staff mentioned that Spencer Krajewski played his best game of the season so far. The defence once again played a great game to help ease any pressure their goalie.
Tremblett's YIG Express next game will be Tuesday October 17th in Ingersoll. The team and their families will be thinking pink that night and we hope you will too.
